Customer Privacy Policy of Keraservis Group a.s.


The administrator of the personal data is Keraservis Group a.s., identification no: 01717171, with its main office at Kaštanová 515/125a, Brněnské Ivanovice, 620 00 Brno, registered with the Regional Court in Brno, Section B, Insert 6879 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), which, as the Administrator of the personal data provided to it by customers for the purpose of negotiating a purchase contract and executing the contract, will process such personal data in accordance with the legal regulations, in particular, Act No. 89/2012 Coll., of the Civil Code, Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data and the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 from April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/ES.
Information for customers upon receipt of personal data by the Administrator
Legal basis for processing
- The purchase contract conclusion or negotiations on the purchase contract conclusion (e.g. price quote submission).
- The provision of personal data is the responsibility of the entity -the customer, resulting from the above-mentioned contract.
Purpose of processing
The Administrator processes personal data in order to fulfill the obligations and rights of the seller in relation to the purchase contract concluded with the customer as the purchaser.
Personal data categories
Address and identification details (in particular, name, surname, date of birth/ID, place of residence, VAT number), contact details (especially email address, telephone number).
Categories of data subjects and sources of personal data
Administrator customers as buyers. Personal data is obtained from customers as data subjects.
Personal data recipients
The personal data recipients are public authorities within their authority and external companies processing part of the data Administrator´s agenda (e.g. external accountants, external information system maintenance providers). Personal data is only transmitted within the European Union.
Personal data processing period
Personal data will be processed for a time period necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the purchase agreement. Subsequently, it will be handled in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular Act No. 499/2004 Coll., the archives and records service and amending certain acts of the Act and Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 from April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/ES (the GDPR regulation).
Customer rights
Right of access to personal data
The customer has the right to obtain information from the Administrator about the processing of their personal data and, if so, what the details are and how they are being processed.
Right to personal data erasure
The Administrator has the obligation to erase the personal data they hold on the customer if certain conditions are met and the customer requests it.
Right to rectify or supplement personal data
The customer shall have the right to correct unnecessary personal data relating to them, without undue delay, at their request.The customer has the right to add to incomplete personal data at any time.
The right to limit the processing of personal data
The customer has the right to limit the processing of their personal data in certain cases.
The has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data that is based on the legitimate interests of the Administrator, a third party, or that is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or in the exercise of public authority.
Right to data portability
The customer can obtain the personal data provided to the Administrator in a common and machine-readable format. This data may subsequently be passed on to another administrator or, if technically possible, to request that the Administrators pass it on to another.
The right to withdraw consent to the personal data being processed at any time will not apply, as the customer´s personal data are processed for the performance of a contract concluded with the Administrator, not on the basis of consent to processing.
Should the customer be dissatisfied with the processing of their personal data by the Administrator, they may file a complaint directly with the Administrator, or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection
